Q: How does your tutoring work?

A: We don't have a specific "system". We ask each person what their needs are and come up with solutions to those needs. We have many different training options available that go far beyond the traditional method of classroom instruction. With private lessons, students learn 7-15 times faster. We match our teaching style to your learning style.

Q: I'm not bad with my computer. Would I still benefit from your tutoring?

A: Absolutely! We do not specifically concentrate on complete beginners although many beginners are grateful for our help. We train anyone who simply feels that they could be more productive or who is interested in professional quality tutoring. We simply take a look at your situation, as well as what you need, and make every effort to help you get the most from your computer investment.

Q: What are your guidelines for students?

A: We listen to each person on an individual basis. This allows us to custom-tailor tutoring to suit your needs. We ask that our students be honest about their needs and communicate freely with their tutors. Sometimes it's not easy to know the best way to get things done on a computer! Try to fully understand what you are trying to accomplish and our tutors will be able to help you get there.

Q: I'm not "desperate". I just want to learn a few things with no hassle or frustration. I don't want to waste my time searching and searching for answers that may or may not specifically help me. Do you only help people who are "desperate"?

We will look at what YOUR situation is and work hard to make sure that we suit YOUR needs.

Q: My computer is having issues. Can you fix them?

We understand that it is very common for many computers to start behaving strangely over time and we can refer you to specialists who will clean up or repair your computer for you. Our main emphasis, however, is training you on the software that came with your computer so that you feel more in control of the technology. Q: "I have a Mac" / "I have a PC", can you tutor

A: Yes! We have years of experience on BOTH operation systems. We speak Mac and we speak PC! We believe that a computer is a tool, no more and no less. A: Yes. Because we will find a way to work into your busy schedule. We have time slots during normal business hours, some evenings, and some weekend hours, so we can be flexible for you.
